This study aims to analyze the effect of digital literacy and employee administrative competence on operational efficiency in the era of globalization. The population consists of active employees in various industrial sectors in Indonesia aged 25–50 years. A sample of 250 respondents was selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results show that: (1) digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on operational efficiency (regression coefficient = 0.450, p = 0.000) ; (2) administrative competence has a positive and significant effect on operational efficiency (regression coefficient = 0.380, p = 0.000) ; and (3) simultaneously, digital literacy and administrative competence have a significant effect on operational efficiency (F = 35.000, p = 0.000) with an Adjusted R-Square value of 0.214. These findings indicate that enhancing digital literacy and administrative competence is an effective strategy for improving organizational operational efficiency amid globalization dynamics.
