Abstract

This research intends to determine the effect of job training and work motivation on performance at PT. Aksata Satya Pratama. To produce quality employees and good performance, companies need to pay attention to increasing knowledge by providing job training. The job training program at PT. Aksata Satya Pratama is still not optimal so that it has an impact on decreased employee performance. Respondents in this research were 40 people and used census techniques. Testing data in this research used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test), multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing and data analysis in this research using SPSS version 19 program. The results of the research show that job training variables have a negative value (H1 is rejected) and work motivation has a positive value (H2 is accepted). This means that the training variable has no influence on employee performance and work motivation has an influence on employee performance by 67.1%. So, it is stated that job training has no significant effect on employee performance while work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. In this research, researchers concluded that employee performance will increase supported by employee motivation by factors of work results that are recognized as proven by employees being able to complete various kinds of work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru Radhatul Atfal di Kota Pekalongan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap guru sebanyak 97 orang dengan menggunakan cara pengumpulan data dengan metode sensus. Teknik analisi data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dengan component matrik, uji reliabilias dengan alfha cronbach, analisis regresi, uji t dan uji r2 dengan adjusted r square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung dipengaruh motivasi kerja berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Teenagers are potential consumers for skincare products such as hand body lotion because in their teens they want to try new things. Seeing this phenomenon, the manufacturers of skincare products competing to captivate the hearts of consumers by growing a positive brand image to adolescents, causing interest in buying hand body lotion. Based on this, a hypothesis emerged that students tend to be interested in buying hand body lotion from brands with positive images. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to obtain a picture of the relationship between brand image and buying interest at students of SMAN 2 Cipocok Jaya, Serang City. The method used is quantitative by using SPSS version 12.0 and the method of data collection by observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to students of Cipocok Jaya Serang City with 123 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which has been tested using validity and reliability. The data analysis used bivariate correlation analysis and hypothesis testing using the t-test so that the results show that there is a positive relationship between brand image and buying interest in Class XI students of SMAN 2 Cipocok Jaya, Serang City, this is evidenced by the results of the correlation coefficient of brand image with buying interest (r) equal to 0.332 and p = 0,000 with p <0.05.

Abstract

Rob disasters pose a serious threat to coastal areas and have an impact on activities and damage to physical facilities, one of which is damage to important documents. This impact was also felt by the Batang Cemerlang Cooperative, which is located in the tidal disaster area. Several documents owned by the Batang Cemerlang Cooperative were badly damaged so they could not be saved. Besides, archive management is still done manually and there is a lack of archive storage space, so there is a buildup of files on the work desk, which means there is a need. handling of archive storage, therefore an application is needed to manage archives so that documents can be saved from tidal disasters, easy to access anytime and anywhere and easy to search for documents so that archive management is more effective and efficient. The aim of this research is to facilitate archive storage and save archives from damage due to tidal disasters. Therefore, the archive application is a solution to overcome the problems faced by the Batang Cemerlang Cooperative. The methods used to create archive applications are the research and development (R&D) method and the Design of Prototype Waterfall Method. The result of this research is an archive application, where this application has several features in archive management including a dashboard display, display of incoming and outgoing mail, and display of input document reports along with file attachments. This application is easy to use and can be accessed anywhere so that users can carry out archive management activities and rescue documents from tidal disasters

Abstract

Sebanyak 39 peserta dari mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Perkantoran ITSNU Pekalongan tingkat akhir mengikuti pendampingan mengerjakan soal TOEFL. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk membantu peserta dalam menghadapi soal-soal tes TOEFL guna memperoleh nilai yang diharapkan dan meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris. Metode yang digunakan observasi, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Dari hasil kegiatan ini disimpulkan bahwa peserta sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan tersebut karena materi sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang diinginkan oleh peserta agar peserta dapat mengerjakan soal-soal tes TOEFL dalam waktu yang sangat pendek sehingga memperoleh nilai yang sesuai dengan harapannya. Di kegiatan ini peserta memperoleh banyak informasi terkait pengerjaan soal-soal tes TOEFL dan strateginya dalam menjawab soal dengan adanya kegiatan ini peserta sudah siap dalam mengikuti tes TOEFL.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine whether the implementation of occupational health and safety programs in the work environment can increase employee work productivity. The method used was a qualitative descriptive approach with 4 informants from UMKM Jie Food Sejahtera consisting of 1 business owner and 3 employees in the production section. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and literature studies. The results of the research are that MSME Jie Food Sejahtera has implemented the K3 program in the work environment quite well, this has an impact on employees feeling safe and comfortable at work so that work productivity increases. There are several things that business owners need to pay attention to, including providing regular K3 training, updating work instructions, increasing employee awareness of using PPE while working

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine how an archive storage system can improve the quality of services offered by the Pedawang Village Office. Methodology: The subject of this study is the apparatus of Pedawang Village, which consists of four people. The indicators studied were reliability, tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Results: The study found that although the government of Pedawang village has used an archive management system, archive storage is still performed manually. Because of the lack of infrastructure and storage facilities, the number of documents is growing. Conclusion: Pedawang Village's archiving system is good, but needs to be improved through the archive life cycle. The main obstacles are limited facilities, accumulation of archives, and poor knowledge of the village officials. Solutions include improved facilities, digitization of archives, and archival training. Limitations: The study only covered one village (Pedawang); therefore, the results cannot be applied to other villages with different characteristics. Contribution: With limited physical storage facilities, using information technology to store archives can benefit the organization and maintain the quality of service, increasing public trust in the Pedawang Village Government.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan public speaking bagi pelajar SMK Negeri 1 Karangdadap di era digital. Di tengah pesatnya perubahan teknologi dan tuntutan dunia kerja, kemampuan komunikasi lisan yang efektif menjadi krusial di samping keterampilan teknis. Observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pelajar masih mengalami kendala dalam menyampaikan ide dan presentasi di depan umum. Oleh karena itu, program ini dirancang untuk membekali mereka dengan pemahaman teoritis dan praktik mengenai dasar-dasar public speaking, teknik mengatasi demam panggung, struktur presentasi yang efektif, serta pemanfaatan media digital dalam berkomunikasi. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi survei kebutuhan, penyampaian materi, sesi praktik dan simulasi, serta pemberian umpan balik konstruktif. Hasil program menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan artikulasi gagasan para peserta. Diharapkan, keterampilan public speaking ini dapat menjadi modal penting bagi pelajar SMK Negeri 1 Karangdadap untuk bersaing di dunia kerja, melanjutkan pendidikan, dan berkontribusi secara efektif di era digital.

Abstract

Industri batik, khususnya pada skala Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), menghadapi tantangan serius terkait limbah produksi yang berdampak pada lingkungan dan efisiensi operasional. Prinsip zero waste menawarkan solusi strategis melalui pengurangan limbah sejak tahap perancangan, efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya, dan pemanfaatan teknologi tepat guna. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji potensi penerapan prinsip zero waste dalam manajemen operasional batik di era Industri 5.0. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif deskriptif di beberapa UMKM batik Pekalongan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan zero waste dapat dilakukan melalui integrasi desain pola efisien (misalnya draping dan modular), pemanfaatan aplikasi digital untuk perancangan motif, penggunaan teknologi sederhana dan pengelolaan limbah kolektif. Namun, implementasi menyeluruh masih terhambat oleh keterbatasan modal, minimnya pelatihan desain berkelanjutan, serta belum meratanya dukungan infrastruktur. Kesimpulannya, prinsip zero waste berpotensi meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, mengurangi dampak lingkungan, dan memperkuat daya saing UMKM batik Pekalongan, terutama jika didukung oleh kebijakan, kolaborasi, dan pendampingan teknis yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Arsip dinamis di dalam organisasi memiliki peran penting dalam menunjang aktivitas kerja dan pengambilan keputusan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, kesadaran untuk pengelolaan arsip yang baik sering kali terabaikan sehingga berdampak pada kinerja organisasi. KSU Batang Cemerlang untuk pengelolaan arsip dinamis belum terlaksana dengan baik hal ini terlihat masih banyaknya tumpukan berkas di meja kerja sehingga sistem penyimpanan arsipnya belum berjalan baik, belum adanya jadwal pemeliharaan dan penyusutan arsip. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui pengelolaan arsip dinamis yang berdampak pada kinerja organisasi di KSU Batang Cemerlang. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian masih dijumpai berkas yang belum tertata dengan baik sehingga terjadinya penumpukan dan adanya debu di berkas tersebut. Disamping itu, alokasi dana untuk pengelolaan arsip yang masih minim mengakibatkan pembelian peralatan untuk penyimpanan arsip sangat sedikit dan terjadinya penumpukan. Butuh waktu dalam pencarian dan temu kembali arsip sehingga dampak kinerja organisasi karena pimpinan mengalami hambatan dalam pengambilan keputusan.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan arsip dinamis belum berjalan sesuai standar dari pengelolan arsip sehingga berdampak pada kinerja organisasi dan membutuhkan waktu untuk melakukan pembenahan serta perlu dibuatnya standar operasional prosedur dalam pengelolaan arsip dinamis dan membuat program pelatihan terkait pengelolan arsip untuk petugas dan pengurus organisasi.
