This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work commitment and work motivation on the performance of artisans at the MSMEs Rajo Tenun and KC Haris Jaya, located at the Tuan Kentang Fabric Center in Palembang City. The study employs a quantitative method with a population of 62 artisans. A census sampling technique (saturated sampling) was used, meaning the entire population served as the study's respondents. Data collection was conducted through observation, questionnaire distribution, documentation, and literature review. The collected data were processed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 26, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that work commitment has a positive and significant effect on artisan performance, evidenced by a calculated t-value of 2.233 and a significance level of 0.029. Work motivation was also found to have a positive and significant effect on artisan performance, with a calculated t-value of 7.125 and a significance level of 0.000. Collectively, work commitment and work motivation significantly influence employee performance, with a calculated F-value of 49.705 and a significance level of 0.000. An R² value of 0.628 indicates that the two independent variables explain 62.8% of the variation in artisan performance, while the remaining 37.2% is influenced by factors outside the scope of this study.
