<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Internal Communication, and Compensation on Civil Servant Employee Loyalty and Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables at the Public Works and Public Housing Agency in Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling, involving 51 respondents. The data analysis tool used was Smart PLS 3.0. Data analysis methods included convergent validity, reliability, classical assumption testing, goodness-of-fit (GOF) testing, coefficient of determination testing, structural equation analysis (inner model), and hypothesis testing. The results of the direct effect hypothesis test revealed that Organizational Culture had no significant effect on job satisfaction, internal communication had no significant effect on job satisfaction, and compensation had no significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational Culture had a significant effect on Civil Servant Employee Loyalty. Internal communication has no significant effect on Civil Servant employee loyalty, and compensation has no significant effect on Civil Servant employee loyalty. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on Civil Servants’ loyalty. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test indicate that organizational Culture has no significant effect on Civil Servant employee loyalty through job satisfaction, internal communication has no significant effect on Civil Servant employee loyalty through job satisfaction, and compensation has no significant effect on Civil Servant employee loyalty through job satisfaction.]]>
