Abstract

The productivity of employee performance can be determined by the conditions of the work environment. This of course will affect the success of the agency in determining its goals. The research objective was to determine the effect of the work environment on the performance of the employees of Abdurachman Saleh University (Unars). Quantitative research methods with a population of 66 UNARS employees and saturated sampling technique so that the sample is also 66 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The data were analyzed using t test, determinant test and simple regression model using SPSS 22. The results showed a simple regression model Y = -2.7596 + 0.622X. Work environment (X) has a significant effect on the performance of UNARS employees. Abstract

The research estimates the influence of Leadership and work Motivation on work Satisfaction and The Employees Performance.The research was done to some employees of National Land Agency office in Situbondo regency as many as 52 sample of people who were chosen as the respondence with various and different background of study, marriage status, sex, age and class position. A way of withdrawal sample is by the use of stratified random sampling, while the sheer size of the sample determined by using formula of Slovin. The kind of Thesis research is explanatory research.The measuring scale using likert scale by the span value 1 up to 5. The analysis instrument used in this research is Path Analysis, in which draft problem aims to know the influence of leadership against work satisfaction, motivation against work satisfaction, leadership against work dedication, motivation against dedication and work satisfactory against work dedication. From the analysis of the work of reliability and validity, had been done that all of questioner items represented by the variable are reliable and valid for the next analysis.The analysis result had been experienced that all the hypothesis were positive and significant. The result of the research reveal the influence of leadership style on work satisfaction of the employee. This discuss direct influence of the motivation on the employee’s work satisfaction, a direct impact of leadership style on employee’s performance and a direct impact of work satisfaction on employee’s performance in this research implies that it is important and necessary to consider the leadership style and work motivation in strategic planning to improve work satisfaction and employee’s performance of National Land Agency Situbondo District.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of accounts receivable turnover, cash turnover, and sales growth which have a partial effect on profitability (2) to determine the effect of accounts receivable turnover, cash turnover, and sales growth simultaneously on profitability (3) to determine between turnover. accounts receivable, cash turnover, and sales growth which have the most dominant influence on profitability. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The result of this research is multiple linear regression equation Y = 0.025 - 0.003 X1 + 0.000 X2 + 0.225 X3 + e. Accounts receivable turnover partially has no significant effect with a value of -0.680, of -2.028, cash turnover has no significant effect with a value of -1.559, of -2.028, sales growth has a significant positive effect with a value of 3.368, amounting to 2.028. Simultaneously, accounts receivable turnover, cash turnover and sales growth have an effect on profitability with a value of 4.744, amounting to 2.87. The variable with the most dominant influence in this study is sales growth with a value of 3.368.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang dapat diperhatikan untuk menjamin kelangsungan hidup perusahaan adalah pengendalian biaya. Sehubungan dengan efisiensi pada pelaksanaan proses produksi, maka pengendalian biaya pada produksi merupakan kegiatan yang harus dilakukan, Sehingga perusahaan berkewajiban untuk menentukan standar terhadap biaya –biaya untuk memudahkan pengendalian. Permasalahan dapat dirumuskan sebagai berikut . “Apakah ada penyimpangan antara biaya standart dan biaya produksi yang sesungguhnya?” Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan interview, observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan perhitungan biaya produksi sesungguhnya dengan biaya standart, meliputi biaya pokok standart biaya produksi sesungguhnya. Analisa selisih meliputi perhitungan biaya bahan baku, perhitungan biaya tenaga kerja langsung dan biaya overhead pabrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis selisih harga bahan baku dan selisih pemakaian bahan baku tidak mengalami penyimpangan namun meski tidak menyimpang, selisih ini perlu diperhatikan. Hal ini dapat terja dikarena harga bahan baku sewaktu – waktu dapat mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan harga

Abstract

Pengrajin tahu dan tempe di Desa Juglangan belum punya pengetahuan tentangcara-cara penanganan limbah ampas tahu. Ampas tahu hanya digunakan untukcampuran makanan ternak padahal masih terdapat kandungan gizi yang bisadimanfaatkan menjadi pangan bergizi. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat inimemberikan keterampilan dan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat Desa Juglangantentang pangan fungsional ampas tahu menjadi olahan bergizi. Pengabdiandilakukan dengan cara praktek dan pendampingan kepada 30 pelaku UKM tahutempe dan masyarakat desa Juglangan serta penyuluhan tentang kandungan giziampas tahu. Peserta pengabdian antusias selama mengikuti kegiatan dan akanmenjadikan olahan prol dan nugget ampas tahu menjadi sajian dalam kegiatan didesa. Prol hasil kreativitas peserta diberi merek PRO-PATAHATI singkatan dari ProlAmpas Tahu Mantap Bergizi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jam kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap stres kerja karyawan di Kantor Kecamatan Kapongan Situbondo. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner kepada para karyawan kantor kecamatan kapongan situbondo. Teknik Analisa Data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji F (F-test) serta Uji t (t-Test). Penelitian ini terbagi kedalam dua variabel yaitu jam kerja (X1), disiplin kerja (X2)sedangkan untuk variabel terikat yaitu stres Kerja karyawan (Y). Berdasarkan hasil secara persial diketahui bahwa hasil thitung dan t tabel yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel jam kerja (X1) thitung (5,289) > ttabel (2,011). kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap stres kerja karyawan (Y), Hal ini juga diperkuat dengan nilai signifikan 0.000<0,05. Artinya variabel jam kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja karyawan pada Kantor Kecamatan Kapongan Situbondo. Sedangkan variabel disiplin kerja (X2) thitung (1,792) < ttabel (2,011), Hal ini juga diperkuat dengan nilai signifikan 0,080>0,05 artinya variabel Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stress kerja karyawan pada Kantor Kecamatan Kapongan Situbondo.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai negeri sipil dan pengaruh secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai negeri sipil. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda yaitu Y = 1,300E-16 + 0,158 X1 + 0,669 X2 + e. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, dari hasil perhitungan uji t (t-test) menunjukkan bahwa, pada variabel kepemimpinan nilai t hitung sebesar 0,853 sedangkan t tabel sebesar 2,079 atau t hitung 0.853 < t tabel 2,079 maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak dan pada variabel motivasi kerja nilai t hitung sebesar 3,604 sementara itu nilai t tabel sebesar 2,079 atau t hitung 3,604 > t tabel 2,079 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan uji F (F-test) menunjukkan bahwa nilai F hitung sebesar 17,026 > F tabel sebesar 3,47, sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, dengan demikian variabel kepemimpinan (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama (simultan) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Kantor Kecamatan Panarukan Kabupaten Situbondo.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor utama dalam keberhasilan pada suatu lembaga, maka dari itu pegawai perlu mendapatkan kenyamanan dalam bekerja. Gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja menjadi faktor kenyaman mereka dalam melaksanakan pekerjaanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa respon pegawai Unars terhadap gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja yang mereka hadapi pada saat melaksanakan aktivitas di tempat kerja. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh sebanyak 66 pegawai Unars pada bulan Mei 2020. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif menggunakan index kategori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 65,57% puas dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang mereka rasakan dan 73,39% puas dengan lingkungan kerja yang ada di Unars Situbondo.

Abstract

Educational institutions are one of the most important elements for the progress of the nation's civilization, for that Madrasah Aliyah (MA) has an important role to be able to produce superior Indonesian human resources, Madrasah Aliyah graduates must become competitive and superior human resources. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test teacher competence and work discipline in influencing teacher performance at MA Ibrahimy Wali Songo Situbondo with mediation of work motivation variables. The population in this study was MA Ibrahimy Wali Songo Situbondo teachers. The sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the smart PLS 3.0 application, show that teacher competence has a significant effect on work motivation, work discipline has no significant effect on work motivation, teacher competence has a significant effect on teacher performance, work discipline has no significant effect on teacher performance, work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the variable teacher competence on teacher performance with work motivation has a significant positive effect, work discipline on teacher performance with work motivation has a negative but insignificant effect.

Abstract

Humans are the most important resource in an organization, agency or company. It would be difficult for an organization to carry out the mission and goals to be achieved without the human aspect. The purpose of this study is to analyze and investigate the impacts of work motivation and work environment on performance of village apparatus with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (case studies in Bayeman Village, Ketowan Village, and Kedungdowo Village, Arjasa District, Situbondo Regency). This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study are village apparatus in Bayeman Village, Ketowan Village, and Kedungdowo Village in Arjasa District, Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique used saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct effect hypothesis testing using Smart PLS 3.0 show that work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. The results of indirect effect hypothesis testing show that work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on performance through job satisfaction, and work environment has a positive but not significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.
