The community service program in Wergu Kulon Village aimed to transfer organic waste management technology based on standardized vermicompost production as a foundation for sustainable agriculture and local MSME development. The technology transfer included the formulation of standardized vermicompost production procedures, starting from raw material selection, media preparation, earthworm maintenance, to simple quality testing and product labeling. In addition, assistance was provided in developing informative and attractive vermicompost packaging, designing a warehouse layout to support production and storage efficiency, and preparing a Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a basis for business management. The activity methods consisted of socialization, technical training, hands-on practice, and continuous participatory mentoring. The results indicated an increase in community capacity to produce high-quality vermicompost, the availability of packaged and labeled products, the establishment of a functional simple warehouse design, and the development of a BMC to guide business expansion. In conclusion, the integrated transfer of standardized vermicompost technology combined with packaging, management, and business modeling effectively strengthens MSME development and promotes sustainable organic waste management in Wergu Kulon Village
