<![CDATA[The rapid development of technology in the current era has led to the abandonment of many jobs that were previously done manually or conventionally. Gradually, these jobs are being replaced by more modern systems to improve efficiency, especially in project management, which now demands high flexibility along with the adoption of the Agile methodology. In response to this challenge, this research aims to develop an Adaptive Project Management System based on AI, specifically designed to support the Agile workflow. The development method for this system uses a client-server architecture with PHP as the backend, MySQL as the database, and an interactive web interface built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The main innovation of this system is the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) through a Chatbot capable of translating project descriptions in natural language into a structured list of tasks automatically, including suggesting smaller sub-tasks to simplify management. The result of this research is a functional web application where users can manage tasks both manually and with the assistance of AI, which has been proven successful in transforming user commands into an actionable project plan, complete with descriptions, deadlines, and visual statuses. This system has proven to be an effective solution that not only simplifies the project management process but also proactively assists in the planning phase, making it a powerful tool for enhancing the productivity and transparency of Agile teams.]]>
