The coverage of complete basic immunization in Seureumo Village, Indrapuri, remains low, highlighting the need for effective educational approaches to strengthen parents' understanding and acceptance of immunization. This study seeks to determine the effectiveness of an educational booklet grounded in Islamic health values in enhancing parents' knowledge, perceptions, and acceptance regarding complete basic immunization. This study employed a quantitative quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group format. The sample consisted of 35 participants, divided into an experimental group (n = 18) and a control group (n = 17). The data were collected through a structured questionnaire administered before and after the intervention and analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. The results showed statistically significant improvements in parents' knowledge, perceptions, and acceptance of complete basic immunization following the booklet intervention (p < 0.05). These findings suggest that an educational booklet incorporating Islamic health values effectively improves parental knowledge, perceptions, and acceptance of complete basic immunization.
