Pengaruh Penggunaan, Manfaat, Dan Risiko Metode Pembayaran Qris Terhadap Pendapatan UMKM Kuliner Di Kota Kupang

This study aims to analyze the effect of QRIS payment method usage, benefits, and risks on the income of culinary MSMEs in Kupang City. This quantitative study used primary data collected through questionnaires from 38 culinary MSME owners using QRIS in Kampung Solor and Oesapa. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that QRIS usage had no significant effect on income, with a significance value of 0.151, while QRIS benefits had a positive and significant effect, with a significance value of 0.002. QRIS risks had no significant effect on income, with a significance value of 0.290. Simultaneously, QRIS usage, benefits, and risks had a significant effect on culinary MSME income, with a significance value of 0.000. The R² value of 0.821 indicates that the three variables explain 82.1% of the variation in culinary MSME income.
