The lack of active student participation in science lessons at SMPQTA An Nur is the primary focus of this study. High student engagement is crucial in understanding science concepts that are application-oriented and require active interaction. This research aims to analyse the extent to which the use of the Cooperative Learning model combined with Baamboozle media can encourage increased student activity in learning. The research method used is an experiment with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design, where 30 seventh-grade students were selected as respondents. The data collection instruments consisted of a questionnaire on learning activity and pre- and post-tests. The analysis yielded an average N-Gain value of 0.6573, which was categorised as a moderate improvement. The test results were found to be normally distributed based on the normality test, with a significance value of 0.861, exceeding the threshold of 0.05. Meanwhile, the results of the hypothesis test using the One-Sample T-Test technique yielded a significance value of 0.000, far below the 0.05 threshold. This indicates a significant difference between before and after the intervention, leading to the conclusion that the Cooperative Learning model supported by the use of Baamboozle has a tangible impact on enhancing students' learning activity in the educational process.
