This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of leveraging Google Maps User-Generated Content (UGC) to comparatively map gastronomic experience dimensions and analyze the empirical sentiment structure of popular culinary clusters in the Pasar Cihapit area, Bandung. The theoretical framework integrates the Sembilan Dimensi Gastronomi, spatial affordance, and UGC ecosystems within a post-digital tourism landscape. Methodologically, it employs a combination of qualitative netnography and computational text mining via the Google Maps API using RStudio software. The cleaned corpus data was deductively analyzed through standard text preprocessing stages. The findings demonstrate that customer satisfaction is integrally constructed through the interplay of the nine gastronomic dimensions. Sensory dimensions (Taste, Texture, Presentation, and Aroma) serve as the primary tourist attractions that drive positive reviews. However, final satisfaction is heavily vulnerable to negative sentiment bursts dominated by the Community Participation dimension, particularly regarding owners' communication ethics, extreme waiting times, and cashless transaction friction. Spatially, the Culture and History dimensions successfully transform the physical limitations of narrow market alleys into a positive "kalcer" (cultural) subculture narrative, reinforcing the area's online regional branding.
