Islamic Civilization History learning at MAN 1 Medan still relies largely on conventional media, while students' Android smartphones have not been optimally directed toward learning activities. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based learning information system that integrates Islamic Civilization History content, digital literacy, and religious moderation. The study applies a Research and Development approach with Rapid Application Development for software construction. User requirements were identified through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature review. The application was developed using Kodular with Airtable as the database. It enables teachers to manage learning materials, videos, quizzes, and scores, while students can access materials, videos, quizzes, and learning results. Functional evaluation through black-box testing covered 12 scenarios across teacher login, learning materials, videos, quizzes, account registration, and student login modules. All scenarios were valid, resulting in a 100% functional success rate. These findings indicate that the prototype satisfies the designed core functional requirements. Nevertheless, its effectiveness in improving digital literacy and religious moderation cannot yet be established because the source manuscript does not report UAT results or experimental testing with students.
