This study aims to describe the collaboration between teachers and parents in developing the religious character of students at SMA Al-Hidayah Medan. Religious character is an important part of education because it is related not only to students' understanding of religious teachings but also to their attitudes and behavior in everyday life. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The focus of the research includes forms of teacher-parent collaboration, the role of teachers and parents, supporting factors, and obstacles encountered in developing students' religious character. The results of the study indicate that collaboration between teachers and parents is carried out through communication, supervision, habituation, guidance, and mutual support between school and family environments. Teachers contribute through religious activities, exemplary behavior, guidance, and supervision at school, while parents continue religious habituation and supervision at home. Effective communication between teachers and parents is an important factor in maintaining consistency in students' character development. Therefore, the development of students' religious character requires continuous cooperation between school and family.
