Abstract

The aim of this research is to influence the thinking approach on the science learning outcomes of grade IV students at Mi Amanah Kandis Kota and the influence of the thinking approach on the science learning outcomes of grade IV students at Mi Amanah Kandis Kota. This research method is quantitative research with a Quasi Experimental Design approach, collecting data using research instruments, systematic quantitative data analysis, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The results of this research indicate that the MIKIR approach has a significant positive influence on students' interest in learning in science subjects. Students who are involved in learning with the MIKIR approach show a higher level of interest compared to students who take part in conventional learning. This approach encourages students to be active in the learning process, increases creativity, and strengthens social interactions between students. Apart from that, the research results also show that using the MIKIR approach can improve students' understanding of concepts and application of knowledge. Students tend to better understand science subject matter and are able to relate it to real world situations through inquiry and reflection-based learning.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of teacher communication in the formation of the disciplinary character of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Amanah, Kandis District. This research uses a qualitative approach with the case study method. Data was collected through class observation, interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of related documents. The results of the study show that teacher-student communication acts as an important link in fostering the disciplinary character of students. Teachers who are able to communicate well can form harmonious and respectful relationships with students, so students feel more motivated to maintain self-discipline. In addition, empathetic and responsive teacher communication helps students express feelings, thoughts, and problems they face. so that it can help overcome obstacles in the formation of disciplinary character. Teachers also act as role models for students in demonstrating expected disciplinary behavior. However, this study also found that challenges in teacher-student communication at MI Amanah Kandis District, such as the diverse social and cultural environment of students, as well as the large number of students in one class , can affect the effectiveness of communication and the formation of disciplinary character.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the model of integration of science and Islamic religious education at Al-Fityah Integrated Islamic Elementary School Pekanbaru and to determine the implementation of the integration of science and Islamic religious education at Al-Fityah Integrated Islamic Elementary School Pekanbaru. Research Method This research uses a non-probability sampling technique. Data analysis techniques with steps in qualitative data analysis are data reduction, data display or data presentation, and drawing conclusions. First research results, Curriculum Model, there are three types of curriculum models at SDIT Al-Fityah Pekanbaru, namely: Ministry of National Education curriculum, material curriculum, and SDIT specialty curriculum, each of which complements one another. Second, Implementation of the Integration of Science and Islamic Religious Education, Implementation of Science with Islamic religious education at SDIT Al-Fityah Pekanbaru through three stages, namely: The first stage is planning by preparing the syllabus, RKPS and student books, the second stage is implementation by dividing it into three phase, initial phase or introduction, middle phase or emphasis on material, and final phase provides conclusions, and the third phase is the evaluation phase by assessing the process and assessing learning outcomes, the assessment technique is test or non-test.

Abstract

This research aims to explore 1) how archives are lent, 2) how archives are maintained, and 3) how archives are stored at SMA Muhammadiyah Bangkinang Kota. This research is qualitative with descriptive methods. Respondents included school principals, heads of school administration, administrative staff and teachers. The object of the research is archive management by administrative staff at SMA Muhammadiyah Bangkinang Kota. The research results show that 1) archival lending has been implemented well, but archival borrowing is still not optimal. The party authorized to retrieve archives at Bangkinang City Muhammadiyah High School is the head of the school administration and administrative staff, but this rule is conveyed verbally. 2) Archive maintenance is carried out by arranging the storage space so that the archives remain dry and bright, and archival documents are arranged loosely in filing cabinets so that air can enter. The school also has anti-smoking regulations to keep records safe. However, there are problems with storage facilities. 3) Archive storage uses a subject system, namely managing archives based on topics. Obstacles include a lack of special storage space and inadequate facilities.

Abstract

This research aimed at 1) Knowing the implementation of educational funding management through entrepreneurship development, 2) Know the contribution results of entrepreneurship development at Islamic Boarding School of Jabal Nur Kandis, Riau.  This research used qualitative method. The main informant of this research was school treasurer, and additional informants were the head of Islamic boarding school and person in charge of business unit.  The object of this research was Islamic Boarding School of Jabal Nur Kandis, Riau.  The findings of this research showed that one of the 1) Planning in funding at Islamic boarding schools was creating business units to assist Islamic boarding school operations. The implementation of education funding at Islamic boarding schools was in accordance with the needs every unit based on the principle of education finance.  The implementation of education funding in the form of recording incoming money from tuition fees, annual fees and from Islamic boarding school business units and outgoing money based on the budget for activities that have been planned.  Educational Supervision was conducted directly by the leadership and treasurer of the Islamic boarding school. 2) The results and contributions in developing entrepreneurship were focused on existing business units and a portion of the sales profit that would be allocated to assist Islamic boarding school operations.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the important role of education in forming positive habits of the younger generation, especially regarding healthy and sustainable lifestyles. The method used is an analytical approach, the author examines the factors that influence the formation of positive habits and effective educational strategies that promote the desired lifestyle. A detailed literature review was used to strengthen the conceptual framework linking education, lifestyle, and practice. The practical impact of these results is also examined, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between sectors and the role of parents in supporting the formation of positive habits in the younger generation. Lifestyle education plays an important role in shaping a healthier and more sustainable future for future generations.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze deviant behavior among students and its impact on their academic and social development. Deviant behavior, which includes actions such as skipping school, drug abuse, fighting, and other criminal behavior, is an increasingly worrying phenomenon in the educational environment. This research used a survey method involving 300 students from various secondary schools in Kampar. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The research results show that deviant behavior among students has a significant negative correlation with their academic performance and social relationships. Students who are frequently involved in deviant behavior tend to experience decreased academic grades and difficulty in establishing positive social relationships. These findings highlight the important role of teachers, parents and schools in creating an environment that supports and prevents deviant behavior among students. Implementation of effective intervention programs and strong social support is necessary to address these issues and promote positive student development.

Abstract

Education is the main foundation for individual and societal development, but faces various complex challenges, especially at the school level. Educational strategy issues or learning problems in Indonesia continue to circulate and have not been resolved, even though various solutions continue to be implemented. The main issues in education and schooling, including gaps in access and quality of education, curriculum burden which causes stress on students, teacher welfare, school infrastructure problems, use of technology in education, and involvement of parents and the community. Through literature analysis and secondary data, identify the impact of these issues and offer potential solutions to improve the education system. These findings emphasize the importance of government intervention, curriculum evaluation, improving teacher welfare, investment in infrastructure, increasing access to technology, and involvement of parents and communities to create a more equitable and quality educational environment.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the approach and implementation of sharia business ethics education in higher education. The main focus of this research is to understand how sharia ethical values ​​are applied in curriculum and teaching, as well as their impact on students' understanding and attitudes towards sharia-based business ethics. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with lecturers and students at several universities that offer sharia business ethics education programs. In addition, curriculum document analysis and classroom observations were carried out to get a comprehensive picture of the approach and implementation used. Data analysis techniques involve thematic coding to identify key patterns and themes that emerge from the data. The research results show that sharia business ethics education in universities is implemented through various approaches, including the integration of sharia values ​​in general business courses, special teaching regarding sharia business ethics, and extracurricular activities that support students' practical understanding. This implementation has a positive impact on students' understanding of the importance of ethics in business and increases their awareness of business practices that comply with sharia principles. However, this research also identified several challenges, such as a lack of adequate resources and the need for further training for lecturers in the field of sharia business ethics.

Abstract

This research investigated about office spatial planning in supporting the school administrative staff performance at State Senior High School 1 Kampar. The formulations of problems in this research were to know: how office spatial planning was, what the benefits of office spatial planning were at State Senior High School 1 Kampar. The findings of this research showed that office spatial planning was properly but there were still some tables, cupboards and files that were not neatly arranged so that was a little bit disturbed. The problems found related to the use of office spatial planning at State Senior High School 1 Kampar were that there were some tables located near the entrance so that it prevented guests entering, there were some cupboards that were in which the layout was still messy, there were still arrangements of stationery and files that were not according to the place on the table of each employee, the lack of greenery in the room so it did not fell coolness sense in the room. The efforts made by schools related to the utilize of spatial planning in supporting the school administrative staff performance were working together and in arranging and organizing the office space with someone who was familiar with the room so that school administration staff felt comfortable in working and supporting the increasing administrative staff performance at the school
