This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and perceived security on the intention to use the DANA digital wallet among MSMEs in Talang Bakung Village, Jambi City. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population and sample size for this study were 60 MSMEs, using total sampling, meaning the entire population was sampled. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that financial literacy partially had a positive and significant effect on the intention to use the DANA digital wallet, while perceived security had a positive but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, financial literacy and perceived security had a positive and significant effect on the intention to use the DANA digital wallet. The coefficient of determination showed that financial literacy and perceived security explained 10.7% of the variation in intention to use, while 89.3% was influenced by factors outside this study. Thus, financial literacy is a more dominant factor in the interest in using in this study, while the perception of security has not been a partial determining factor in the context of MSMEs in Talang Bakung sub-district, Jambi city.
