The solubility product constant (Ksp) is an abstract chemistry concept that requires interactive instructional media to visualize precipitate formation. Previous Ksp simulation media still require improvement in terms of curriculum alignment, learning model integration, simulation variations, and supporting learning features. This study aimed to develop a smartboard-based interactive learning media for the Ksp subtopic using a Research and Development (R&D) approach with ADDIE model. The participants included two university lecturers as media reviewers, two chemistry teachers, and ten eleventh-grade senior high school students in Bandung involved in a limited trial. Data were collected through media review sheets and response questionnaires and analyzed descriptively. The developed media were improved by aligning them with the Merdeka Curriculum, integrating the Predict–Observe–Explain (POE) model, expanding simulation variations, adjusting solution concentrations, and adding learning features, including Learning Outcomes, Learning Objectives, concise learning materials, prediction video, and prediction question. The media were rated feasible to highly feasible in terms of content, instructional aspects, media quality, visual appearance, and navigation. Teachers and students also gave very positive responses during the limited trial. Therefore, the developed smartboard-based interactive learning media are suitable as an alternative instructional medium for teaching the Ksp subtopic.
