The low levels of reading, writing, and arithmetic skills among first-grade students at SDN Cilimusari are attributed to the use of conventional learning media that do not optimally accommodate students’ characteristics and learning styles. This study aims to develop interactive educational flashcards based on a multisensory approach that are valid, practical, and effective in improving these skills. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The developed flashcards integrate visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and tactile elements to create an engaging and meaningful learning experience. The results showed validity scores of 98% from media experts and 95% from content experts, categorized as highly valid. The average score increased from 55.22 on the pretest to 82.61 on the posttest. The Paired Sample t-Test yielded a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), while the N-Gain score was 0.6537 (65.37%), categorized as moderate. Thus, the multisensory interactive educational flashcards are suitable and effective for improving first-grade students’ reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
