Learning in elementary school often feels abstract, as printed books dominate and cause boredom, necessitating more engaging visual materials. This study developed an R&D based E-Magazine on the topic “Indonesiaku Kaya Hayatinya” using the ADDIE model for elementary IPAS instruction. The research involved 27 fifth-grade students selected through purposive sampling, utilizing needs analysis, learning interest questionnaires, expert validation (media, language, content), and teacher-student responses. Expert validation scores of 61–75 classified the media as “Highly Feasible.” The limited pilot test yielded highly positive responses from students 93% and teachers 94%. Furthermore, large-scale Rasch analysis showed MNSQ logit scores of 0.5–1.5, proving the material is engaging and easy to use. The Wright Map demonstrated a significant increase in learning interest from logit -3 to -1 into logit 3 to 10, categorized as “high.” Consequently, this R&D e-magazine serves as an effective alternative IPAS teaching material that successfully increases students’ interest, enthusiasm, and motivation to learn.
