This study was motivated by the continued use of printed student worksheets and the need for digital learning materials that support inquiry-based Biology learning. It aimed to develop an inquiry-based e-LKPD on ecosystem material for Grade X at SMA Muhammadiyah Limbung and describe its validity, practicality, and implementation. The study employed a Research and Development design using the ADDIE model: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The try-out involved 28 Grade X students and one Biology teacher. The material and media validations were conducted by one expert each. Data were collected using validation sheets, a teacher practicality questionnaire, a student response questionnaire, and observation sheets. Material validation obtained a score of 106 out of 108 (Aiken’s V = 0.98), while media validation obtained 104 out of 108 (Aiken’s V = 0.95). The teacher practicality score was 93%, student responses reached 97.02%, and the implementation of teacher and student activities each reached 100%. These findings indicate that the product met the validity and practicality criteria based on the instruments and participants involved in this study.
