The problem in this study is the students' low digital entrepreneurial intention, despite having received digital entrepreneurship instruction and practical experience at school. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy and self-efficacy on digital entrepreneurial intention and to test the role of entrepreneurial motivation as a moderating variable among students majoring in Digital Business at SMK PGRI Cikoneng for the 2025/2026 academic year. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population comprised 106 students, all of whom were selected as the sample using a total sampling technique. Data was collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis as well as Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using IBM SPSS Statistics 31. The results indicate that digital literacy and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on digital entrepreneurial intention. Meanwhile, entrepreneurial motivation fails to moderate the effect of digital literacy on digital entrepreneurial intention, as well as the effect of self-efficacy on digital entrepreneurial intention. Thus, digital literacy and self-efficacy are significant factors in increasing students' digital entrepreneurial intention, whereas entrepreneurial motivation does not act as a moderating variable in these relationships
