The purpose of this study was to collect data and analyze the effect of online learning on learning loss and its consequences for learning outcomes. This study employs an explanatory survey technique with saturated sampling. This study surveyed 97 students from the Department of Economics Education at FKIP Siliwangi University. To obtain information about the variabels associated with online learning, learning loss, and learning outcomes, descriptive analysis using the SPSS 24 application was used, whereas path analysis using the AMOS application was used to determine the direct and indirect effects of online learning on learning loss and learning outcomes. The results indicated that online learning at the Department of Economics Education FKIP Siliwangi University had a strong categorization tendency, while the learning loss and learning outcome variabels had a moderate categorization tendency. Online learning has a 65.9 percent effect on learning loss and a 67.7 percent effect on learning outcomes.

This study aims to find out the training conducted for employees, employee productivity influence the impact of training on increasing employee productivity, and obstacles faced by PT. Raya Sugarindo Inti Tasikmalaya in conducting training and how to overcome them. The research method used in this research is explanatory research explaining causal relationship between independent variable (training) and dependent variable (work productivity) with data collection technique using interview, observation, spreading of questionnaire, and library study. This study uses a population of 244 people. While the sampling technique used is a random sampling technique, where samples taken from some of the population of 71 people. The results showed that Training Implementation has significant effect on the Increasing Employee Productivity PT. Raya Sugarindo Inti Tasikmalaya, judging from the determinants, the factors of measuring and influencing factors with the indicator is the development, use of time and the work achieved.

The problem in this research concerns student learning achievement after the pandemic, where there is a decrease in student average IP/IPK scores after online learning. This research aims to determine the influence of learning readiness and social support on student learning achievement. The research method used in this research is a survey method with an explanatory design. The population in this research is Economic Education student Class of 2020 Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Siliwangi University with a total of 112 student. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with a sample size of 112 respondens. Based on the research result, it is clear that 1) There is a positive and significant influence of learning readiness on student learning achievement with a ˃ (5,908 ˃ 1,982). 2) There is a positive and significant influence of social support on student learning achievement with ˃ (19,292 ˃ 1,982). 3) There is a positive and significant influence of learning readiness and social support on student learning achievement with ˃ (421,315 ˃ 3,08). The Conclusion of this research is that learning readiness and social support have a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement. Suggestion from this research are for student to pay more attention to learning readiness both physically and psychologically always concentrate on participating in learning activities so that they can easily improve their intellectual abilities and have achievement study which are expected.

This research is motivated by the problems that occur at SMAN 1 Sindangkasih, namely the low critical thinking skills of students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the teams games tournament type cooperative learning model with quick and smart assisted by the quizizz application in improving students' critical thinking skills in economic subjects. The method used is an experimental method with a type of quasi experiment, the research design uses a non-equivalent control group design, and the data collection technique is through a description test. The population in this study were all XI social studies classes at SMAN 1 Sindangkasih in the 2023/2024 school year totalling 143 students. The sample used was class XI IPS 4 which numbered 36 students as an experimental class and class XI IPS 3 as a control class with sampling using purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is an effect of the team games tournament type cooperative learning model with quick and smart assisted by the quizizz application on students' critical thinking skills in the experimental class, where Ha is accepted if the sig. (2-tailed) value ≤0.05 and based on research obtained a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05. The average value of the experimental class is higher than the control class, it can be concluded in this study that the learning model used in the experimental class can improve students' critical thinking skills.

Hasil pengamatan kelas XI IPS SMAN 3 Garut terdapat permasalahan hasil belajar peserta didik yang dikategorikan rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh cooperative learning tipe team games tournament (TGT) berbantuan media pembelajaran papan roda jelajah pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode yang diggunakan adalah kuantitatif, metode kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain non-equivalent control grup desain, dengan bentuk instrumen pilihan ganda. Populasinya adalah kelas XI IPS SMAN 3 Garut Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 173 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling non-probability dengan jenis purposive sampling. Pertimbangan pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan mencari kelas yang mempunyai nilai rata-rata terendah dan memiliki nilai rata-rata yang tidak berbeda jauh. Sehingga mengambil kelas XI IPS 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI IPS 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Rata-rata skor kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol. Kesimpulannya dalam penelitian ini bahwa cooperative learning tipe team games tournament (TGT) berbantuan media pembelajaran papan roda jelajah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, parental support, and peer environment on students’ decisions to pursue further study in the Economic Education Study Program. The study was motivated by the relatively low level of student interest in teacher education programs amid increasing participation in higher education, indicating that educational decisions are influenced not only by academic ability but also by psychological and social factors. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method administered to eleventh-grade students of public senior high schools in Tasikmalaya Regency. The sample consisted of 119 respondents, determined through G*Power analysis. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine both partial and simultaneous effects among the variables. The findings indicate that self-efficacy does not have a significant effect on the decision to pursue further study in the Economic Education Study Program. The peer environment has a positive effect on the decision to pursue further study in the Economic Education Study Program, whereas parental support has a statistically significant negative effect. Simultaneously, the three variables collectively influence the decision to pursue further study, with the peer environment emerging as the most dominant variable

Prestasi belajar peserta didik merupakan indikator utama keberhasilan pendidikan yang hingga saat ini masih menunjukkan variasi capaian dan belum sepenuhnya optimal. Kondisi ini mengindikasikan adanya faktor internal yang berperan, salah satunya self regulated learning (SRL). Di sisi lain, perbedaan gender menunjukkan kecenderungan variasi dalam proses belajar, namun temuan empiris terkait pengaruhnya terhadap prestasi belajar masih inkonsisten. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan analisis yang tidak hanya menguji pengaruh langsung, tetapi juga mekanisme tidak langsung melalui SRL sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gender terhadap SRL, pengaruh SRL terhadap prestasi belajar, serta peran mediasi SRL dalam hubungan antara gender dan prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 279 peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 8 Tasikmalaya tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan PROCESS Macro Model 4 dengan teknik bootstrapping sebanyak 5.000 resampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gender berpengaruh terhadap SRL dan SRL berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar. Namun, gender tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap prestasi belajar. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh tidak langsung gender terhadap prestasi belajar melalui SRL signifikan. Dengan demikian, kemampuan regulasi diri menjadi faktor utama dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik.

The low level of students’ learning outcomes in Economics is the main focus of this study. This research aims to analyze the improvement of students’ learning outcomes before and after the treatment and to compare the improvement between students taught using the learning model of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type assisted by snakes and ladders media and those taught using conventional learning methods. The study was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Ciamis using a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. The population consisted of all eleventh-grade students, with class XI F 9 as the experimental group and class XI F 8 as the control group selected through nonprobability sampling. Data were collected through pre-tests and post-tests and analyzed using IBM SPSS 26.0 with paired sample t-tests and independent sample t-tests at a 5% significance level. The results showed a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000, indicating a significant difference in learning outcome improvement, with the experimental group achieving higher improvement than the conventional group.

This study is driven by a critical issue role of student interest in determining professional careers as economic educators amidst challenges in the quality of study decision-making. The study aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy and perception of the teaching profession on the interest in becoming an economic teacher among Economic Education students at Siliwangi University, cohorts 2022 and 2023. The research methodology employed is quantitative descriptive with an explanatory design. The population consisted of 261 students, with a sample of 158 respondents selected via proportional random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS 26. The results indicate that self-efficacy and perception of the teaching profession, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant influence on the interest in becoming an economic teacher. The coefficient of determination R2 of 65.5% demonstrates a strong contribution from both variables. In conclusion, strengthening belief in one’s own abilities coupled with a positive view of the teacher's professional image are key factors in increasing student professional interest. These findings recommend the necessity of enhancing field practices and integrative career motivation programs within higher education environments.

Penelitian ini berdasarkan latar belakang dari analisis perilaku prokrastinasi yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh peer pressure, academic burnout terhadap prokrastinasi akademik serta implikasinya terhadap hasil belajar. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif metode survei melalui pendekatan eksplanatori. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 348 dari peserta didik kelas X1 SMA Negeri 4 Tasikmalaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian probability sampling melalui pendekatan simple random sampling. Perolehan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan alat analisis microoft excel, SPSS versi 26, Amos analysis SEM. Hasil penelitian dari pengaruh langsung menunjukkan peer pressure berpengaruh positif terhadap prokrastinasi akademik, academic burnout berpengaruh positif terhadap prokrastinasi akademik, peer pressure berpengaruh negatif terhadap hasil belajar, academic burnout berpengaruh negatif terhadap hasil belajar, prokrastinasi akademik berpengaruh negatif terhadap hasil belajar. Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yaitu peer pressure berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar melalui prokrastinasi akademik. Sementara academic burnout berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar melalui prokrastinasi akademik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu peer pressure dan academic burnout berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap prokrastinasi akademik dan hasil belajar dan secara tidak langsung peer pressure dan academic burnout berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar melalui prokrastinasi akademik.
