This study analyzed the effect of leadership style and workload on employee performance in the Stockfitting Department of PT. ABC Global Sports. The study used a quantitative associative approach with a population and sample of 51 employees selected through saturated sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through validity, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test procedures. The findings show that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while workload had no significant effect. Simultaneously, leadership style and workload significantly affected employee performance. The F-test produced a significance value of 0.028. The regression model produced an R Square of 0.138 and an Adjusted R Square of 0.102 based on the reported analysis table. These findings indicate that leadership quality requires stronger attention, while workload management should still be evaluated regularly to maintain employee performance.
