<![CDATA[This study aims to develop an employee performance improvement model by examining the effects of organizational climate, Perceived Organizational Support, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employee performance at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Darma Ayu, Indramayu Regency. This research employed a quantitative explanatory approach with a survey method involving 70 employees selected through probability sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS. The findings indicate that organizational climate, Perceived Organizational Support, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence employee performance with an R Square value of 0.85, indicating that 85% of employee performance variation is explained by the proposed model. Organizational Citizenship Behavior emerged as the most dominant predictor. The study highlights the importance of fostering a supportive organizational climate, strengthening organizational support, and encouraging citizenship behavior to enhance employee performance in regional public utility organizations.]]>
