Leadership plays an important role in managing Early Childhood Education and Nonformal Education because it influences the direction of institutional programs, teacher involvement, resource management, and the achievement of educational objectives. This study aims to describe and analyze leadership practices in the management of Early Childhood Education and Nonformal Education at KB-TK ABA 2 Sukodono. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews with the school principal as the primary informant, and relevant documentation. The findings show that leadership at KB-TK ABA 2 Sukodono is implemented through a clear distribution of responsibilities between the school principal and the organizing body. The principal manages daily operational activities, while the organizing body is responsible for institutional policies, financial management, facilities, and human resource development. Teachers are actively involved in discussions and problem-solving processes. Communication is maintained through regular meetings and direct communication when necessary. These practices reflect participatory, collaborative, and adaptive leadership. The study implies that effective leadership requires clear authority, open communication, teacher participation, coordinated decision-making, adequate resource support, and continuous evaluation to support the sustainable development of the institution.
