Employee loyalty is important for maintaining continuity of service, particularly in Islamic financial institutions. This study examines the partial and simultaneous effects of compensation justice, Islamic ethics, and soft skills training on employee loyalty at the Ujung Bulu Sharia Pawnshop Branch. A quantitative survey design was used. The sample consisted of 34 employees selected from a population of 51 through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a four-point Likert questionnaire and analyzed with multiple linear regression in SPSS 27. The results show that Islamic ethics has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Compensation justice and soft skills training have positive coefficients, but their effects are not statistically significant. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly affect employee loyalty. The coefficient of determination of 0.822 indicates that the model explains 82.2% of the variation in employee loyalty in the sample. These findings suggest that strengthening the application of Islamic ethics may support employee loyalty. The organization may also review compensation policies and align soft skills training with employees’ work needs.
