Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; (1)Untuk menganalisis dan mengujipengaruhlangsung pendidikan terhadap kinerja karyawan maupun tidak langsung melaluikompetensi SDI karyawan perbankan syariah di Kota Makassar; (2).Untuk menganalisis dan mengujipengaruh langsung pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawanperbankan syariah di kota Makassar maupun tidak langsung melalui kompetensi SDI karyawan(3) Untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh langsung karir terhadap kinerja karyawan perbankan syariah di Kota Makassar maupun tidak langsung melalui kompetensi SDI karyawan;. Penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM), menggunakan data primer dengan sampel 119 orang dari unsur top manager, middel manager, dan lower manager pada beberapa kantor cabang utama Perbankan Syariah dalam bentuk (BUS) di Kota Makassar. Sampel penelitian secara sampel probability dengan tehnik Two Stages Sampling yaitu gabungan antara Area Random Sampling dan Proportional Stratified Random Sampling.Jenis penelitian iniadalah penelitian lapangan (field research)dengan metode positivis-kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrument proses analisis data secara logis dan rasional menggunakan pendekatan (multidisipliner) dengan pendekatan Politik, Ekonomi, Hukum, Sosio-kultural, Administratif, dan Teknologikal. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada enam Perbankan Syariah dalam bentuk (BUS) di Kota Makassar diantaranya; Bank BRI Syariah, Bank BNI Syariah, Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah, Bank Bukopin Syariah, dan Bank Muamalat.      Hasil pengujian hipotesis berdasarkan nilai koefisien path analysis menunjukkan hasil perhitungan estimasi nilai R-Square (R2) dalam pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa; (1). Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan; (2). Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan melalui Kompetensi SDI; (3). Pelatihan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan; (4). Pelatihan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan melalui Kompetensi SDI; (5). Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan; (6). Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan melalui Kompetensi SDI karyawan Perbankan Syariah di Kota Makassar. Setelah dilakukan analisis nilai tertinggi diperoleh variabel Pendidikan dan Karir dominan mempengaruhi Kinerja karyawan dan Kompetensi SDI karyawan Perbankan Syariah di Kota Makassar.Kata Kunci:  Pendidikan, Pelatihan, Krir, Kompetensi SDI, dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Unemployment in South Sulawesi is very worrying and quite disturbing economic performance in this area. Although the government has made efforts to achieve growth based on employment and increase the minimum wage, conditions have not been able to reduce the unemployment rate itself. The novelty of this research is to try to dig deeper into the interrelationship of minimum wage setting policies, efforts to increase economic growth and efforts to control inflation by the government, to the unemployment phenomenon that occurs in South Sulawesi Province. This study aims to determine how the influence of economic growth, the provincial minimum wage and inflation on unemployment in South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia in 2005-2019. The type of research used is quantitative, namely the research method which is a scientific approach to economic decisions by using multiple linear regression analysis to find out how much influence the variables studied are. The results show that simultaneously economic growth, provincial minimum wages and inflation have a significant effect on unemployment in South Sulawesi Province. Partially, economic growth and provincial minimum wages have a significant negative effect on unemployment in South Sulawesi Province. Meanwhile, inflation has a positive and insignificant effect on unemployment in South Sulawesi Province. The implication of this research is that the government needs to increase quality and more inclusive economic growth based on expanding job opportunities and increasing human capital.Keywords: Unemployment; Economic Growth; Minimum Wage; Inflation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the model of developing the people's economic business through optimizing the role of pesantren during the pandemic and to design the role of pesantren in supporting village economic resilience. This type of research is a field research. The research location is located in Darud Da'wah Wal-Irsyad Islamic Boarding School (Ponpes) Mangkoso, Barru Regency. The approach in this research is a phenomenological approach and a participation action research approach. The analysis technique in this study uses Huberman and Miles qualitative analysis data. The conclusions of this study are (1) the economic business development model of the people through optimizing the role of Islamic boarding schools during the pandemic at the DDI Mangkoso Islamic Boarding School has been running well; (2) the role of pesantren in supporting village economic resilience is very potential.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan memberikan kontribusi terhadap keberhasilan dalam proses pembelajaran secara optimal, sarana pendidikan dan infrastruktur mendukung pembangunan lembaga pendidikan yang unggul dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana dalam mengembangkan mutu pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, melalui pendekatan etnografi. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dilakukan pada proses perencanaan dan analisis terkait tentang kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana dalam pembelajaran, analisis pembiayaan dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pembelian sarana dan prasarana dengan menggunakan dana sewajarnya sesuai kebutuhan, pengadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan proses pembelajaran yang sedang berjalan. Pemeliharaan fasilitas pendidikan menjadi tanggung jawab bersama oleh seluruh warga sekolah, sarana dan prasarana yang tidak terpakai selama proses pembelajaran tetap memerlukan pemeliharaan tanpa merusak kualitas dari fasilitas tersebut. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah faktor yang mendukung inventarisasi sarana dan prasarana pendidikan meliputi kerjasama dan fasilitas yang memadai sehingga yang menjadi penghambat adalah inventarisasi sarana dan prasarana pendidikan adalah rendahnya jumlah barang dan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Abstrak-Panci penguapan kelas A digunakan di semua BMKG di Indonesia sebagai alat ukur penguapan. cara pengukuran ketinggian permukaan air panci untuk mendapatkan nilai penguapan masih manual. Dengan adanya perancangan sistem monitoring ini diharapkan bisa membantu memonitoring ketinggian air panci penguapan secara otomatis.Perancangan sistem monitoring tinggi muka air ini menggunakan Node MCU ESP8266 sebagai mikrokontroler yang sudah dilengkapi dengan fitur wifi dan firmwarenya yang bersifat open source, konsep sistem monitoring tinggi permukaan air ini menggunakan sensor jarak dengan output LCD dan juga ditampilkan pada komputer pemantau sebagai penampil nilai-nilai ketinggian air yang telah diprogramkan dalam tampilan web dengan menggunakan teknologi Internet Of Things (IoT).Sistem yang dirancang ini bekerja dengan output tegangan 12V dan 5V. untuk tegangan pada LCD I2C dan sensor ultrasonok menggunakan 12V, sedangkan 5V untuk node MCU. Pengujian ini dilakukan selama 7 hari, sampel data pengukuran dikirim ke Thingspeak minimal setiap 25 detik tergantung koneksi jaringan wifi. Data yang telah diambil terjadi perubahan ketinggian air dari 13 cm ke 14 cm terjadi setelah 27 jam, kemudian perubahan ketinggian air dari 14 cm ke 15 cm terjadi setelah 26 jam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana penerapan strategi ­service quality maupun e-service quality dalam upaya mempertahankan kepercayaan nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Makassar Veteran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan maksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian misalnya perilaku, persepsi, motivasi, dan tindakan dengan cara deskriptif. Dengan pendekatan fenomenology dan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Disamping itu, peneliti menggunakan data-data sekunder yang diperoleh dari menelaah buku-buku, jurnal, artikel, dan pendukung lainnya. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diuji keabsahannya menggunakan metode triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa, 1) penerapan strategi service quality dalam upaya mempertahankan kepercayaan nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Makassar Veteran yaitu dilihat berdasarkan standar pelayanan yang terdiri dari 6 dimensi, yaitu kepatuhan (compliance), jaminan (assurance), keandalan (realibility), bukti nyata atau bukti langsung (tangibles), empati (empathy) dan daya tanggap (responsiveness). 2) penerapan layanan elektronik banking (e-service quality) dalam upaya mempertahankan kepercayaan nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Makassar Veteran yaitu melalui beberapa dimensi pelayanan digital yang meliputi Efficiensy (efisiensi), Fullfillment (pemenuhan produk), Sistem Availablity (ketersediaan sistem), Privacy (keamanan), Responsiveness (ketanggapan), Compensation (kompensasi), dan Contact (kontak).

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is a weapon that destroys action and poverty, and becomes a ladder towards the dream of every student to be financially independent. This study aims to determine the Urgency of Entrepreneurship Education by Utilizing Digital Technology for UIN Alauddin Makassar Students. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship education is needed in any field regardless of the field occupied or one's profession. With entrepreneurship education students are able to build an entrepreneurial spirit by creating various creative ideas and innovations, being able to utilize and follow the very rapid developments of digital technology. The conclusion of this study is Entrepreneurship Education at UIN Alauddin Makassar Higher Education as a process or activity carried out in order to internalize entrepreneurial mentality, transmit entrepreneurial knowledge and skills to students, accelerate experience and transmit the mindset and behavior of an entrepreneur to students so that they behave and become entrepreneurs. This is very important because the development of entrepreneurship has led to a creative and digital economy, so that it is able to make new businesses no longer focus on finding work and becoming workers anymore, but can create and open jobs.

Abstract

Islamic banking can play a significant role in developing the halal industry in South Sulawesi. This study examines the strategies for developing the halal industry through Islamic banking financing models and the support of the local government in South Sulawesi. The study uses field research and secondary data to collect information from Islamic banks, the South Sulawesi Provincial Government, halal industry business players, and the community. The findings show that the halal industry in South Sulawesi is experiencing positive growth. The Provincial Government supports the halal industry by providing a free halal certification program for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and small and medium industries (IKM). However, Islamic banking does not directly provide financing to the halal industry. The study recommends the following models for distributing halal industry financing: community-based distribution, Islamic boarding school-based distribution, mosque-based distribution, and MSME distribution guided by the government, institutions, State-owned enterprises (BUMN), and Regional-owned enterprises (BUMD).

Abstract

The study aims to show the effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance with the work environment as a moderating variable at the Niaga Madani Sharia Rural Bank (SRB) Makassar. The type of research used is quantitative with an associative approach and uses primary and secondary data. This study used a saturated sample of 52 respondents. The data analysis technique used moderated regression analysis (MRA), but before that, it was tested for validity, reliability, and classical assumptions with SPSS 26 software tools. The results showed that leadership significantly positively affected employee performance. Motivation does not affect employee performance. Work environment significantly positively affected employee performance. Leadership and motivation simultaneously influence employee performance. The work environment can significantly moderate the influence of leadership on employee performance. The work environment cannot moderate the effect of motivation on employee performance. This research can complement existing theory and be a reference for SRB in improving employee performance, especially in leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Profit Sharing, Third Party Funds and Non-Performing Financing on Profit Sharing-Based Financing Volume at Islamic Banks in Indonesia in 2016-2020. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population used in this study are all Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia that are registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and have the financial ratios required in the study.sampling technique used was purposive sampling. By taking a sample of 7 banks. Data processing and analysis techniques in this study are using the Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study indicate that the level of profit sharing and third party funds have a positive and significant effect on the volume of profit-sharing-based financing and non-performing financing has no effect on the volume of profit-sharing-based financing. Then the level of profit sharing, third party funds and non-performing financing simultaneously affect the volume of profit-sharing based financing.
