Acrophobia or fear of heights is a type of phobia that can affect a person's activities and comfort in everyday life. The development of Virtual Reality (VR) technology provides an opportunity to create a safe and interactive simulation environment as a training medium for dealing with fear of heights. This research aims to design and build an Android-based Acrophobia Virtual Reality application that can be used as a medium to simulate fear of heights. The system development method used includes the stages of concept, design, material collection, manufacture, testing and distribution. The application developed provides three levels of difficulty, namely Easy Mode, Medium Mode and Hard Mode, which allows users to adapt gradually to the height simulation. System testing is carried out using Black Box Testing and White Box Testing methods to ensure all application functions run as required. The test results show that all application features can run well without significant functional errors being found. This application is able to provide an interactive and immersive simulation experience so that it can be used as an educational and training medium to help users gradually face their fear of heights.
