This study aims to describe the motivation of students, the description of the achievement of Al-Quran memorization targets, and test the relationship between the two at PPTQ Nurul Furqon Malang. The study used a correlational quantitative approach with a sample of 109 students from 150 populations taken through proportional stratified random sampling. The instrument was in the form of a 4-point Likert scale questionnaire of 20 items that had been verified for validity (r table = 0.3961) and reliability (α Y = 0.906; α X = 0.817). The hypothesis test used Spearman's Rho because the data were not normally distributed (Asymp. Sig. = 0.000). The results showed: (1) 63% of students were highly motivated – very high with the most dominant social aspect (40%); (2) 71% of students achieve the target of high-very high category memorization with the most dominant consistency (49%); and (3) there was a positive and significant relationship between the motivation of students and the achievement of the target of memorizing the Quran (r = 0.432; p = 0.000
