English language training is a form of non-formal education aimed at improving the communication skills of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aimed to describe the training planning, implementation stages, and the use of English in communication among MSME actors at Pasar Senja Kampung Inggris Pare, Kediri Regency. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through in- depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. Data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation. The findings indicate that the training program was designed based on the communication needs of MSME actors, with learning materials delivered progressively and supported by practice-oriented learning methods. The training enhanced participants' confidence, willingness, and communication skills in using English while serving customers. In addition, the Kampung Inggris environment supported the continuous practice of English in daily business activities. These findings suggest that English language training based on non- formal education contributes to improving the communication competence of MSME actors.
