<![CDATA[This research is based on the background of the importance of alternative education, namely non-formal education in package C equivalency education for the community, to improve the quality of human resources that have not been reached by education. Students in non-formal education certainly have learning motivation that is driven by many factors, one of which is family harmony, which is the closest group or environment of students to provide social and emotional support. This study aims to (1) Determine the picture of family harmony of package C students at PKBM in Trenggalek, (2) Determine the picture of learning motivation of students at PKBM in Trenggalek, (3) Analyze the relationship between family harmony and learning motivation of students at PKBM in Trenggalek. The method applied in this study is quantitative correlational. The population in this study is all active package C students at PKBM in Trenggalek, totaling 72 students. The results of this study are (1) Family harmony among package C learners at PKBM in Trenggalek is in the very high category, (2) Learning motivation among package C learners at PKBM in Trenggalek is in the very high category, (3) There is a significant positive relationship in the strong category between family harmony and learning motivation among package C learners at PKBM in Trenggalek with a correlation coefficient value of 0.700. Thus, family harmony has a crucial role in encouraging and creating learning motivation among learners.]]>
