<![CDATA[Human resources of a company are very important, so it is necessary to pay attention to a number of factors related to employees. This study aims to determine how employee job satisfaction at PT Telkom Akses in Balikpapan City is influenced by communication, motivation, and work environment. This study was conducted quantitatively. The sampling technique in this study used a Likert scale and the number of samples was 76 PT Telkom Akses workers in Balikpapan City. In this study, the analysis approach used was SmartPLS. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire compiled based on a Likert scale to measure the level of employee perception of communication, motivation, and work environment variables. The results of this study indicate that at PT Telkom Akses Balikpapan, communication variables have a significant effect on employee happiness. Furthermore, it has been proven that communication variables at PT Telkom Akses Balikpapan have a significant effect on job satisfaction. However, employee job satisfaction at PT Telkom Akses Balikpapan with work environment characteristics does not correlate significantly.]]>
