The user experience of a game top-up website is influenced not only by visual appearance, but also by the clarity of account input, checkout flow, payment information, and order-status feedback. This study designs the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the TEAMFEEDERS game top-up website using a Research and Development (R&D) approach and the five stages of Design Thinking: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Initial needs were explored through interviews with 20 active gamers, while the resulting interactive high-fidelity prototype was evaluated by 30 gamers through task scenarios and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The identified issues included uncertainty about delayed transaction status, limited guidance for entering User ID and Server ID, fragmented payment flow, a visually crowded interface, and the absence of bulk purchase. The proposed design includes a responsive dark-mode layout, account-ID visual guidance, quantity controls, a transaction progress indicator, and order history. The SUS mean score was 83.08, corresponding to Acceptable, Excellent, and Grade A under the benchmark adopted in the final project. The result indicates positive perceived usability of the prototype. It does not, by itself, demonstrate improved sales or validate the technical performance of a fully deployed website
