Health education in elementary schools is often delivered textually, which limits students' motivation to internalize the concepts of a healthy lifestyle and balanced nutrition. This study aimed to develop and examine the effectiveness of a digital flipbook medium, built on the AnyFlip platform through the narrative “Kisah Si Bugar dan Piring Ajaib,” in strengthening students' motivation and conceptual understanding of healthy lifestyle and balanced nutrition within Physical Education, Sport, and Health (PJOK) learning. A quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design was employed, involving 56 fourth, fifth, and sixth grade students of SD Negeri Banjaragung I, Puri, Mojokerto Regency. Data were collected through a ten-item multiple-choice test, validated through Pearson correlation (r = 0.518-0.780) and Cronbach's Alpha (α = 0.833). Because the difference scores were not normally distributed, the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test was used as the primary inferential technique, supported by the paired-samples t test and effect size estimation. Results showed a significant increase in mean scores from 58.21 to 86.79 (Z = -6.562, p < 0.001), with a very large effect size (r = 0.877; Cohen's d = 2.449) and a moderate-to-high average N-Gain (0.689). These findings indicate that the narrative-based digital flipbook effectively motivates students and strengthens their conceptual understanding of healthy lifestyle and balanced nutrition, offering practical implications for the design of digital health media in elementary PJOK instruction
