Students’ cultural literacy needs to be strengthened through interactive learning media that are relevant to Indonesian cultural diversity. This study aimed to develop an interactive learning media based on collaborative learning, “Kultura Stupa,” that is valid, practical, and effective in improving the cultural literacy of fourth-grade students at SDI Ma’arif Garum. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The trial subjects consisted of 21 fourth-grade students and a classroom teacher as the practicality respondent. Data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, documentation, and pretests and posttests. The instruments included material and media expert validation sheets, a teacher practicality questionnaire, and a cultural literacy test. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and N-Gain. The results showed that “Kultura Stupa” obtained a material expert validation score of 92% and a media expert validation score of 97%, both categorized as highly valid. The teacher practicality assessment reached 97%, categorized as highly practical. The mean cultural literacy score increased from 47.6 in the pretest to 84.5 in the posttest, with an N-Gain score of 0.71, categorized as high. Thus, “Kultura Stupa” demonstrated validity, practicality, and effectiveness in supporting the improvement of students’ cultural literacy
