students using innovative methods through the Library Research approach. This approach is carried out by collecting information from various sources, such as documents, books, magazines and historical stories available in libraries. The focus of the research lies in aspects of students' cognitive, social-emotional, physical and moral development. The research results show that cognitive development includes the ability to think logically, analytically and problem solving which helps students understand concepts and solve challenges. Social-emotional development involves the ability to interact, empathy, and emotional management, which supports the formation of healthy interpersonal relationships. In addition, physical development includes body growth, such as increasing height, weight, and fine and gross motor skills which enable students to perform physical activities better. Moral development includes understanding ethical values, such as honesty, responsibility, and making decisions based on correct moral principles. By understanding various aspects of this development, educators can design learning strategies that are more innovative and appropriate to students' needs. This approach encourages the creation of a holistic and adaptive learning environment, so that it is able to accommodate the potential and overall development of students. This study emphasizes the importance of educator literacy in child development to support more effective education
