Construction projects require the appropriate use of heavy machinery to enhance efficiency and productivity, especially in road and bridge projects like the Enrekang-Sudda Bridge. This bridge aims to improve transportation access in remote areas of Enrekang Regency. This study examines the utilization and productivity of heavy machinery in the project to achieve optimal time and cost outcomes. The research focuses on analyzing equipment usage according to job type, machine capacity, cost, and productivity. A quantitative method is used to measure equipment productivity, particularly mixers, which have an average capacity of 3.3 m³ per day with 308 operational hours per mixer. The project budget is estimated at IDR 33,934,037,000, with an implementation period of 213 days starting on January 1, 2024. Analysis results indicate that lean concrete work requires 72 days, while PPC cement concrete hardening takes 218 days. This study provides essential guidance on optimizing heavy equipment use in road and bridge projects to ensure resource effectiveness
