Public transportation is defined as passenger transport involving payment or rental systems. The management of public transport terminals is crucial not only for operational efficiency but also for urban sustainability. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of Bolu Terminal management in North Toraja Regency and identify influencing factors. A quantitative approach with linear regression analysis was used to evaluate the relationship between independent variables such as passenger numbers, terminal infrastructure, and human resources, and the dependent variables of terminal management effectiveness and efficiency. The results show that the terminal management effectiveness is rated fairly well with an average score of 78.6%, where physical facilities scored 82%, while punctuality and information accuracy were relatively low at 76%. Management efficiency is reflected in an efficiency ratio of 90.1%, indicating optimal resource management, though the contribution from other transport services could be improved. The main factors affecting management effectiveness and efficiency are staff responsiveness (coefficient 0.214), security and trust assurance (1.870), and empathy (0.167).
