The sampling technique uses saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 55 respondents. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. The results of this paper are Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a determination coefficient value of 54.6% and the hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value of 7.987> t table 2.005. Work Supervision has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a determination coefficient value of 68.5% and in the hypothesis test obtained T count 10.442> T table 2.005. Work Discipline and Work Supervision simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with a regression equation Y = 4.507 + 0.197X1 + 0.811X2.
