This study analyzes the integration of TransJakarta and LRT Jakarta in supporting public mobility in Jakarta, Indonesia. A qualitative research approach was employed, supported by NVivo 12 and VOSviewer for data analysis and visualization. Data were obtained from four main sources: TransJakarta, LRT Jakarta, Scopus, and Kompas. The findings indicate that the integration of both modes supports public mobility through interconnected routes linking six stations. TransJakarta requires improvements in accessibility, bus stop facilities, route information, social media communication, and staff readiness. LRT Jakarta demonstrated a service performance of 99.88%, with the highest passenger volume reaching 95,090 in August 2022, while 70,117 passengers were recorded in December 2022. These findings highlight passenger safety as an important factor in maintaining service quality. Transport integration is also supported by the use of technology to improve the efficiency and sustainability of public mobility. Development toward 2026 focuses on strengthening information technology, knowledge and risk management, train monitoring systems, human resource management, planning analytics, and transportation service applications. The integration of TransJakarta and LRT Jakarta is an important component in addressing urban mobility challenges and supporting sustainable public transportation in Jakarta.
