This study aims to determine the existence of local political parties in Aceh in the 2009-2019 legislative elections. The presence of local political parties in Aceh is a the result of the peace conflict between the Free Aceh Movement (GAM) and the Government Republic of Indonesia. The birth of a local political party in Aceh brought considerable influence large in the control of seats in the parliament in Aceh in its first participation in the 2009 legislative elections. However, his presence continues to experience According to him, the decline was in line with the number of votes in the next legislative election. This study aims to measure the existence of local political parties in Aceh in terms of 2009-2019 legislative elections. The research method uses the method qualitative descriptive with research focus on legislative elections at the provincial level Aceh in 2009-2019. The data collection techniques used are: interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that the existence of the party Aceh's local politics continues to decline as the number of votes and local political party seats in the 2014 and 2019 legislative elections when compared to the 2009 legislative elections. The decline in the existence of parties local politics in Aceh is measured from the concept of systemic degree, value identity, degree of autonomy and public knowledge

This study aims to find out and analyze how accessibility to getting jobs for kickers on stability in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The problem is focused on the actors implementing the policy, namely the Regional Government, Private Companies and NGOs. To approach this problem the theoretical references of Van Meter and Horn are used. The data is collected through interview techniques and documentation which are then processed using Nvivo 12 plus software and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that employment opportunities for persons with disabilities have not been carried out optimally due to the absence of aftercare services, namely the follow-up of assistance to persons with disabilities after participating in training and rehabilitation programs by the Regional Government. Besides, there is no law enforcement in the implementation of pro diffable (inclusion) policies to private companies. And the lack of coordination between each implementing actor in efforts to empower persons with disabilities.Keywords: Implementation, Policy, Actor Implementation, Disability

Sosialisasi bertema "Jerat Pergaulan Bebas" telah diselenggarakan di SMK Negeri 1 Tanara, yang berlokasi di Desa Cerukcuk, Kecamatan Tanara, Kabupaten Serang, pada tanggal 6 November 2024. Inisiatif ini muncul sebagai respons terhadap meningkatnya angka pergaulan bebas di Kota Serang, sebuah fenomena yang mengkhawatirkan dan membutuhkan perhatian serius, khususnya di kalangan remaja. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif kepada para siswa mengenai dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan oleh pergaulan bebas, mengenali ciri-ciri perilaku yang mengarah pada pergaulan bebas, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menjadi pemicu terjadinya perilaku tersebut. Melalui pemahaman yang mendalam diharapkan para siswa dapat lebih waspada dan mampu mengambil keputusan yang bijak dalam pergaulan sehari-hari. Rumusan masalah yang menjadi fokus dalam kegiatan ini yaitu tentang pemahaman siswa terhadap dampak pergaulan bebas, yang mengkaji sejauh mana siswa menyadari konsekuensi negatif yang mungkin timbul dikalangan remaja. Sosialisasi ini dilaksanakan selama kurang lebih 3 jam di lingkungan sekolah dengan menggunakan metode interaktif. Metode ini dipilih agar siswa dapat terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, berdiskusi, dan bertanya jawab, sehingga materi yang disampaikan dapat lebih mudah dipahami dan diingat. Dengan adanya sosialisasi ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam upaya pencegahan pergaulan bebas di kalangan siswa SMK Negeri 1 Tanara, menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang lebih sehat dan kondusif bagi perkembangan generasi muda, serta membentuk karakter siswa yang berakhlak mulia dan bertanggung jawab.

Pada era digital, media sosial telah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan remaja, memberikan berbagai manfaat, seperti kemudahan komunikasi, perluasan jejaring sosial, dan akses informasi. Namun, penggunaan media sosial yang tidak bijak dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif, seperti kecanduan, cyberbullying, dan penyebaran informasi palsu. Penyuluhan literasi digital menjadi langkah penting untuk mengatasi tantangan ini dengan meningkatkan pemahaman remaja mengenai penggunaan media sosial yang bijak. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan di MTs Nur El Khoir Bandung dengan tujuan memberikan edukasi tentang literasi digital, mengurangi dampak negatif media sosial, serta membekali remaja dengan keterampilan untuk melindungi privasi dan keamanan data. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi awal, penyampaian materi edukatif, dan sesi diskusi interaktif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran siswa tentang pentingnya menjaga etika digital, seleksi informasi, dan kewaspadaan terhadap ancaman dunia maya, dengan literasi digital yang lebih baik, diharapkan remaja mampu menggunakan media sosial secara lebih bijak dan bertanggung jawab, menciptakan lingkungan digital yang lebih positif dan aman.

Barious disasters in indonesia, such as the 2004 tsunami in aceh and the 2010 eruption of mount merapi, have impacted men and women differently. Gender issues are a crucial aspect of disaster and environmental management in indonesia, considering the high vulnerability of women and marginalized groups to disaster impacts, such as difficulties in accessing healthcare facilities and adequate shelters, as well as the increased risk of gender-based violence during disaster recovery periods. This study aims to examine gender issues in disaster and environmental management in indonesia. It employs a descriptive qualitative research method with a literature review approach, where the researchers collect, analyze, and interpret information from various written sources, such as government reports, academic studies, and publications from non-governmental organizations. The findings reveal that gender inequality often exacerbates the impact of disasters on women, such as increased rates of gender-based violence in evacuation shelters or limited access to humanitarian aid. Meanwhile, their involvement in decision-making processes, for instance, during emergency response and post-disaster recovery, remains minimal.Keywords: Gender Issues, Disaster Management, Environment.

Waste management has become a critical and pressing issue faced by many cities in Indonesia, including Serang City. Household waste continues to increase over time and remains inadequately processed. In this context, women as household managers hold a significant role that is often overlooked in policy formulation. This Community Service Program (PKM) was designed to expand the understanding, involvement, and capacity of women in community-based waste management. The methods used included socialization, participatory discussions, and gender-based education aimed at increasing awareness, capacity, and women’s engagement in sustainable waste practices. The results indicate that involving women can enhance collective awareness, reduce waste volume, and encourage sorting and reuse practices that support sustainable waste solutions.Keywords: Waste management; Women; Community participation.

The birth of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages became a milestone in changing the paradigm about villages. The village is no longer an object but has become a subject of development and has the authority to manage its own finances. As a consequence of this authority, financing or finance is a very essential factor in supporting the implementation of village autonomy or gampong. The handover of authority to gampong raises great demands on financial management by the community against the Gampong Government. These demands must be responded to by making changes in gampong financial management. This study aims to determine how financial management in Gampong Blang Makmur, Kuala Batee District, based on Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management. With the research method carried out using a type of descriptive qualitative research that seeks to tell the solution of problems that occur now based on data in which there are efforts to describe, record, analyze and interpret conditions that are now occurring in other words descriptive research aims to obtain information about the current situation with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, ducumentation and observation. Gampong Blang Makmur's financial management has been carried out properly in accordance with the stages and principles in village financial management in accordance with the mandate of Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management. However, there are several shortcomings and weaknesses in the implementation at each stage, including: The determination of the Gampong Blang Makmur APBG is not in accordance with the established schedule; Inadequate apparatus human resources in gampong financial management, to delayed and untimely gampong financial management accountability reports. On the other hand, gampong financial management is not as autonomous as imagined, most of gampong's finances are guided to implement district priority programs.

This study aims to determine the correlation between supervision and employee performance at the Fire and Rescue Sub-Department of the South Jakarta City Administration. The background to this study was the discovery of problems with employee performance. Lack of supervision results in employees performing their jobs less than optimally. Furthermore, effective supervision is also necessary to ensure employees perform their work in accordance with established procedures. The approach used in this study was an associative approach. This study employed a descriptive quantitative method. A sample of 103 was selected using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through a validated questionnaire and analyzed using the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, the t-test, and the Coefficient of Determination. Respondents in this study were employees of the Fire and Rescue Sub-Department of the South Jakarta City Administration, Kebayoran Lama Sector. The results showed a significant correlation between supervision and employee performance.Keywords: Supervision; Employee Performance; Correlation.
