Regeneration on campus is the first step for new students to get to know what the situation and conditions of the campus environment are like. It has been a hereditary tradition that old or senior students become a regeneration committee that guides new or junior students during the study orientation and campus introduction (ospek). Not a few senior students take advantage of this to show their sense of seniority by physically or mentally bullying new students. At that time, there was an unsynchronized initial goal of regeneration, new students did not get their rights from the results of participating in the regeneration process. Until now, there are still frequent cases of hazing under the guise of regeneration on campus. This means that in the campus environment, the inculcation and implementation of ethics according to Pancasila is still lacking. In some cases, there have even been violations of human rights. The method used in this study is a literature review with a qualitative approach to process relevant data from previous studies.
