<![CDATA[Human rights are basically rights attached to a person who are fundamental in nature, such as the right to life, the right to speak and express opinions and the right to protection. In this study the authors used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Where the author describes the results of the research in the form of interviews that aim to gain knowledge or theory at a certain time. With this, students are expected to be able to understand Pancasila as a way of life and as the foundation for the realization of human rights. Implementing Pancasila values is an attempt or effort to uphold human rights within the community especially in the campus environment so that individuals or groups can respect the rights of individuals more. The factors that influence the occurrence of human rights violations are laws and regulations that have not been fully implemented. In addition, the role of students is needed to prevent violations that occur on campus. After seeing the many violations that occurred, students must also be good at dealing with these matters.]]>
