This study explores students' emotional experiences in dance education in the digital age. It uses a qualitative phenomenological approach to understand students' learning experiences in depth. The research participants were five 11th-grade students at MAN Rejang Lebong, selected through purposive sampling based on their varying interests in dance education. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed through transcription, data reduction, coding, and theme discovery. The results indicated that students experienced various emotional responses during dance learning, such as joy, increased self-confidence, and embarrassment when they struggled to follow the movements. Digital media helped students understand dance movements visually and inspired creativity, but teacher guidance was still needed to strengthen their understanding of movement techniques. Dance learning also provided social experiences and helped students recognize their potential in the arts.
