Pengaruh Terapi Musik Klasik Terhadap Penurunan Kecemasan Pada Pasien Sebelum Tindakan Lasik di RS Mata Jec Candi @ Semarang

ABSTRACT The eyes have an important role in supporting daily activities. If there is a refractive disorder in the eye, refractive surgery (LASIK) is necessary to be free from glasses. The LASIK procedure can cause anxiety. Patients who experienced anxiety before LASIK surgery were given classical music therapy 4intervention. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of classical music therapy on reducing patient anxiety before LASIK surgery at JEC CANDI Eye Hospital @ Semarang. This research design uses an experimental study with pre-test and post-test. The research population was all patients who would undergo LASIK surgery. The research sample consisted of 35 patients over a 30-day period. The research instrument was the APAIS questionnaire. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test. This research has undergone ethical review based on letter number 134/EC-LPPM/UWHS/VII-2025. Patient anxiety before LASIK was known to be at a high anxiety level (80%) and decreased to mild anxiety (57.1%) after therapy treatment. The analysis results show a negative rank of 33, a positive rank of 0, and a tie value of 2 with a p value of 0.000 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the study showed that classical music therapy had an effect on reducing patient anxiety before LASIK surgery at JEC CANDI Eye Hospital @ Semarang. Providing classical music therapy can reduce patient anxiety before LASIK surgery. Keywords: Anxiety, LASIK, Classical Music Therapy.  ABSTRAK Mata memiliki peranan penting dalam mendukung aktifitas sehari-hari, dengan adanya kelainan refraksi pada mata perlu dilakukan tindakan bedah refraktif (LASIK) untuk bebas dari kacamata. Prosedur LASIK tersebut dapat menimbulkan kecemasan. Pasien yang mengalami kecemasan sebelum tindakan LASIK diberikan intervensi terapi musik klasik. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi musik klasik terhadap penurunan kecemasan pasien sebelum tindakan LASIK di RS Mata JEC CANDI @ Semarang. Desaign penelitian ini menggunakan studi eksperimental  dengan pre test dan post test. Populasi penelitian adalah semua pasien yang akan melakukan tindakan LASIK. Sampel penelitiannya sejumlah 35 pasien dalam kurun waktu 30 hari. Instrumen penelitian merupakan kuesioner APAIS. Analisa data menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Penelitian telah dilakukan uji etik dengan nomor surat 134/EC-LPPM/UWHS/VII-2025. Kecemasan pasien sebelum tindakan LASIK diketahui tingkat kecemasan berat (80%) dan menurun menjadi kecemasan ringan (57,1%) setelah perlakuan terapi. Dari hasil Analisa menunjukan negative rank 33, postif rank 0, dan nilai ties  2 dengan nilai p value sebesar 0,000 0,05 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh terapi musik klasik terhadap penurunan kecemasan pasien sebelum tindakan LASIK di RS Mata JEC CANDI @ Semarang. Pemberian terapi musik klasik dapat menurunkan kecemasan pasien sebelum tindakan LASIK.  Kata Kunci: Kecemasan, LASIK, Terapi Musik Klasik.
