<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic leadership on the creation of a harmonious organization and a sharia-based work environment. Amidst the dynamics of the modern workplace, the application of Islamic leadership values derived from the principles of siddiq, trust, tabligh, and fathonah is crucial in building healthy interpersonal relationships and a conducive and ethical work environment. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection methods through questionnaires to respondents in related organizations/institutions. The results show that Islamic leadership has a significant and positive influence, both directly and indirectly, on organizational harmony and the implementation of a sharia work environment. Leaders who implement Islamic spiritual and ethical values have been shown to increase team cohesion, reduce internal conflict, and foster high organizational commitment among employees. These findings recommend that institutions strengthen their leadership capacity based on Islamic values to achieve sustainable work productivity and holistic well-being (falah).]]>
