This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance and work stress on employee morale at the Sapat Village Office, Kuindra District. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The study population consisted of all employees at the Sapat Village Office, with a saturated sampling technique (census) applied due to the relatively small population size. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee morale, while work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee morale. Simultaneously, both independent variables significantly influence employee morale. These findings suggest that the better the work-life balance and the lower the level of work stress, the higher the employee morale will be. This study provides managerial implications for village-level government offices to pay attention to workload management, work environment support, and policies that promote employee life balance in order to enhance employee morale and the quality of public services.
