This study aims to describe the implementation of a web-based dashboard using Google Apps Script to improve the efficiency of Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) data management at PT Sepeda Untuk Indonesia. The previous ETLE data management process relied on Google Sheets, making data retrieval, monitoring, and management less efficient as operational data volumes continued to increase. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method with a qualitative approach, following the Waterfall model across five stages: Requirements Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance. Ten operational staff members were selected through purposive sampling as research informants. Data were collected through participatory observation, open-ended questionnaires, documentation, operational time measurements, and Black Box Testing. The findings indicate that the web-based dashboard successfully integrated ETLE data searching, monitoring, and management into a structured system. The dashboard simplified information retrieval, supported access via computers and smartphones, and improved operational effectiveness. Operational time measurements showed that average data retrieval time decreased significantly from approximately 5–20 minutes to 4–7 seconds after dashboard implementation, yielding an average efficiency improvement of ±98.9% across 10 informants. These results demonstrate that the Google Apps Script-based web dashboard effectively enhanced ETLE data management efficiency and supported operational activities at PT Sepeda Untuk Indonesia.
