Abstract

PT Pelayaran Samudra Raya continues to strive to improve efficiency in its operational activities to provide the best quality service for customers. To achieve this efficiency, the use of costs must be done optimally so as to produce good performance for the company. To oversee the use of the company's operational costs, management needs a budget that can provide an overview of the optimal costs in the company's operational activities. Budgets that are prepared and monitored properly can help achieve efficiency in the use of company operational costs. Results of the analysis of variance carried out on PT Samudera Raya's operational costs during 2019 to 2021 showed improvements in the preparation of the budget and the use of the company's operational costs. This can be seen from the percentage of variance that decreases every year, which is 2.11% in 2019, 1.13% in 2020 and a variance of 0.28% in 2021. The use of the company's operational costs has been monitored properly by the accounting department. and supervisors of the company's fleet both before the Covid19 pandemic occurred and while it was taking place. All cash disbursements that occur in each ship's trip must be accounted for by the captain once the trip is completed, cost deviations that occur outside the plan must be explained in detail by the cause and effect by the fleet, the difference between the realization of costs and the budget must be considered in the preparation of the budget for the next ship trip. The preparation of the company's operational cost budget has been carried out for the last 3 years and continues to be evaluated every year to take corrective actions to reduce the occurrence of variances, especially those that are not profitable for the company. The use of the budget as a means of monitoring the company's operational costs is able to achieve the expected results. Although it is not maximized because there is still a difference between the budget and the realization of costs, the difference can be reduced every year. The difference between the budget and the realization of the company's operational costs has decreased in the last 3 years. This shows an improvement from the company's management in optimizing the budget function as a means of controlling the company's operational costs.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the extent to which the level of service quality on the level of customer satisfaction of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Suryopranoto Branch. This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis methodology with correlation analysis, determination analysis, and regression analysis. This study has 40 (forty) respondents consisting of men and women. The data used are quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents from PT. BANK BCA Tbk. KCU Suryopranoto Jl. Suryopranoto, Central Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that from that customer satisfaction (X) increases positively and is influenced by service, if there is no (x = o), then the level of satisfaction increases positively. There is a very strong relationship between service and customer satisfaction 79.21%, meaning the other factors are 20.79%.

Abstract

Abstract

The activity of saving money today is the main thing for planning the future. Banks as one of the most trusted financial institutions have information technology innovations so that financial transactions become more effective and efficient. Banking technology, called internet banking, has features that provide convenience for customers in transactions that have an impact on customer satisfaction in their use. This paper will analyze the convenience of internet banking on customer satisfaction an PT Bank Central Asia’s main branch office Suryopranoto using a simple regression method, as many as 30 respondents were surveyed through a questionnaire to test the research model. The results of the study indicate that there is a weak and positive relationship between the convenience of internet banking and customer satisfactions because most of the customer satisfaction is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Abstrac : One of the most important pillars in Indonesia economy is MSMEs (Micro Small Medium Enterprises). But unfortunately, currently the pandemic become the one of the biggest problems for MSMEs to survive. COVID-19 pandemic changed all human lives, especially in the economic aspect. This crises cause income decreased and even so many company terminated their employee. Not only that, there are so many government regulations which cause restrictions to be able to increase their sales transactions of MSMEs products. Unbalanced between production and operation causing loss at their end. Offcourse, in this case, creativity and innovation are needed to be able to survive. Currently, MSMEs must do business development, innovate and keep fighting in the midst of modernization. The utilization of digital platform as the one of media promotion and MSMEs sales channel turned out to be less influential, due to the decrease in consumer purchasing power. Cooperation and support from various parties are needed, especially from government, marketplace and logistic companies that care about MSMEs which affected by the pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity ratios and the effect of profitability ratios on profit changes at PT. PP (Tbk). In this study, the liquidity ratio is measured by the Current Ratio (CR) and Quick Ratio (QR), while the profitability ratio is by the Net Profit Margin (NPM). The population in this study is the financial data report of PT. PP (Tbk) for 23 years, from 1998-2020 which can be accessed at www.ptpp.co.id. The sample of this research is the company's financial data reports for 15 years from 2006-2020 using the purposive sampling method. Analysis of research data used is a multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that partially CR, QR, and NPM have no significant effect on changes in company profits. This is evidenced by the CR significance value of 0.674 > 0.05, the QR significance value is 0.175 > 0.05 and the significance value of NPM is 0.838 > 0.05. Simultaneous test results also show that CR, QR, and NPM have no significant effect on changes in company profits, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.119 > 0.05. The coefficient of determination results showed that only 40% of profit changes are influenced by CR, QR, and NPM, while the remaining 60% are affected by other factors not examined in the study.

Abstract

Salah satu pilar terpenting dalam perekonomian Indonesia adalah UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil Menangah). Namun sayangnya, saat ini pandemi menjadi salah satu permasalahan terbesar UMKM untuk dapat bertahan. Pandemi COVID-19 merubah seluruh kehidupan manusia, terutama pada aspek ekonomi. Krisis ini menyebabkan pedapatan menurun dan bahkan banyak perusahaan melakukan pemutusan hubungan kerja terhadap karyawan mereka. Tidak hanya itu, terdapat beragam regulasipemerintahyang mengakibatkan adanya batasan untuk dapat meningkatkan transaksi penjualan produk UMKM. Kegiatan produksi dan operasional yang tidak seimbang menyebabkan usaha mereka merugi. Tentunya dalam hal ini sangat dibutuhkan kreatifitas dan inovasi untuk dapat tetap terus bertahan. Saat ini UMKM harus melakukan pengembangan usaha, berinovasi dan berjuang ditengah moderenisasi. Pemanfaatan digitalplatform sebagai salah satu mediapromosi dan penjualan produk UMKM ternyata tidak terlalu berpengaruh, dikarenakan menurunnya daya beli konsumen. Diperlukan kerjasama dan dukungan dari terdampak pandemi.

Abstract

Character education in early childhood is an effort to instill commendable behavior in children, including behavior in worship, behavior as a good citizen, behavior in interacting with other people and the environment, and commendable behavior that is beneficial for their life success. Character education is carried out in every environment where children are. The family environment is the first environment that children encounter. Parents have the responsibility to instill good attitudes in their children. Parents should not hand over their children's character education to teachers. Parents and teachers are models that children will imitate and emulate, both in their words and actions. Instilling character in children can be done through advice, habituation, example and strengthening
