<![CDATA[The anti-bullying program at SDN Kedung Cinde, SDN Katulisan, and SDN Turun Balas, Katulisan Village, Cikeusal District, Serang Regency, was implemented through a participatory approach in response to the increasing cases of bullying in rural elementary schools. This study aims to analyze the program implementation, measure the success rate in instilling anti-bullying awareness, evaluate the supporting and inhibiting factors, and formulate program strengthening strategies for sustainability. This research is a Community Service Program (KKN) activity using a qualitative approach with participatory methods, involving principals, teachers, students, parents, and community leaders through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the program successfully improved students' understanding of the types and impacts of bullying, reduced the frequency of bullying cases, and fostered students' active roles as agents of change. The program's success was supported by the principal's commitment, community mutual cooperation, and support from the education office, but was constrained by limited teacher time, lack of parental understanding, and budget limitations. Recommended strengthening strategies include integrating anti-bullying materials into the curriculum, continuous teacher training, strengthening reporting mechanisms, and establishing partnerships with parents and the community. This program proves that community-based participatory approaches are effective for bullying prevention in rural areas and can serve as a model for other schools with similar characteristics.]]>
