Inclusive education requires learning approaches capable of accommodating the diverse needs, abilities, and characteristics of students. One strategy involves utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support adaptive learning. This study aims to analyze the use of AI in supporting adaptive learning within inclusive schools. A literature review method was employed, analyzing ten relevant scholarly articles published over the past decade. Data were gathered via Google Scholar and ScienceDirect and subsequently analyzed using a descriptive qualitative approach identifying, categorizing, and comparing research findings. The results indicate that AI has the potential to facilitate material personalization, adjust learning levels, provide feedback, enhance accessibility for students with special needs, and assist teachers with monitoring and evaluation. However, implementation faces challenges such as infrastructure limitations, teacher competency issues, data privacy concerns, algorithmic bias, and the risk of reduced social interaction. Therefore, the adoption of AI should be implemented gradually, while maintaining the teacher's role as the primary decision maker.
